Welcome to AimAtlas Interactive. By accessing or using our mobile games, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our applications.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing our games, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction). If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to play our games and make any purchases.
2. In-App Purchases (IAP) & Subscriptions
AimAtlas Interactive offers digital content, virtual currency, and subscription services within our games.

Purchases: All purchases are processed through the mobile platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms.

Virtual Items: You acknowledge that you do not “own” virtual items or currency. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use these items within the game. They have no “real world” value.

Subscriptions: Subscriptions may be offered on a recurring basis (monthly, annually). You agree that your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Billing: You authorize the app store to charge your payment method for the purchase price of the item or subscription.
3. Refund Policy
Because our games provide immediate access to digital content, all purchases are generally non-refundable. Exceptions are governed strictly by the policies of the platform provider (Apple/Google). If you encounter a technical issue preventing you from receiving a purchased item, please contact our support team at info@aimatlasinteractive.com with your transaction ID.
4. User Conduct
While we encourage competitive play in our shooters and drifting games, you agree not to:

Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or mods.

Interfere with the game’s servers or network.

Harass, threaten, or bully other players.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts.
Violations may result in a temporary or permanent ban of your account without a refund for any previous purchases.
5. Intellectual Property
All game content—including but not limited to code, graphics, audio, character designs, and mechanics—is the exclusive property of AimAtlas Interactive. You are granted a limited license to play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
6. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our games, including removing virtual items or changing subscription pricing, at any time. We will attempt to provide notice for major changes, but we are not liable to you or any third party for these modifications.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our games are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AimAtlas Interactive makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. We do not guarantee that your game progress will be saved perfectly across all devices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AimAtlas Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our games, including loss of data or loss of profit.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mandatory arbitration or in the local courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
